We’re glad as Chtoura Hospital to provide to all foreign visitors who require medical treatment or care after any surgical procedure (orthopedic, cardiac, neuro, convalescent care, and cosmetic surgeries), a comprehensive healthcare package. Thus, in order to reach our primary goal: to provide the highest quality transparent healthcare, we aim to promote a forum for communication to increase connectivity between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Chtoura Hospital was initially established in 2001 and it was caught in a perfect storm when reimbursements declined and market share turned down. Chtoura Hospital is a private hospital located in Mid-Bekaa region that provides medical services for both inpatients and outpatients.

Since June 2010, our new management took over and implemented a bold transformation to offer patients the most innovative treatments and technologies.

Part of such a transformation includes a major expansion of the hospital which many of you have already seen initial phases being implemented around our premises. The new building shall be designed according to the latest international standards to ensure comfortable spaces for nursing and treatment for we recognize the importance of a healing atmosphere in promoting a patient’s positive mental attitude and recovery.

Our accreditation through the Ministry of Public Health is a testament to our commitment to excellence in patient care; no doubt that our highly experienced health management team and support workers who make it a reality. Also, the hospital is committed with accomplished medical professionals and surgeons from different specialties (general and internal surgery, orthopedics, neurology and neurosurgery, infectious disease, cardiology…).
These services include internal medicine (for adults and children including ICU/NICU), general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, neurology and neonatology. In addition, the hospital offers outpatient diagnostic services and consultations at the outpatient clinics.

In accordance with the national accreditation procedure organized by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, an audit was held lately in 2011 by a professional and authorized audit organization at Chtoura Hospital. As a result, the hospital was successful at acquiring the “Accréditation sans réserve”
